That would be nice, but more than anything we need a top class keeper who makes saves and rarely makes mistakes, those have to be the priorities anything else is a bonus. The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

I thought that he was lucky to only be responsible for one goal, there were a couple of other moments where he looked uncomfortable, he is terrible at dealing with crosses.Originally posted by Maxiedge View PostIt was a big game to put him into the mix and I think he just about pulled throughThe only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Karius just doesnt ever seem to 'do any saves' which is an issue for any aspiring glovesman.
I cant think of many games he has played in where he has had much to do, but the ones that spring to mind are Bournemouth away last year, and yesterday. Every single shot on his goal seems to end up in the net.
Now, I'm no goalkeeping expert... but that seems problematic. Klopp clearly sees something in him that he hoped would develop, and to be fair you can see he has the raw potential. But it has not developed and he looks overawed by the club and the task at hand.
Mignolet isnt great either but he is greaterer than Karius.Last edited by Buzzo; 15-01-18, 12:14 PM.Modifying post.
