Symptoms don’t always come on immediately and the force of the blow isn’t always the biggest determining factor. Though it looked a solid enough elbow from Ramos to me, plus he got a good run up on it.
Personally I think he just ****ed up the first one and lost the head. The 2nd one i have seen happen several times before, just weak hands. The cynic in me thinks this news is being released by the club is to stem the tide of negativity against Karius. Never struck me as the calmest of keepers previous to the nightmare he had.
There you have it. It's pretty conclusive too. He was concussed which explains the events that took place during the game. Feel sorry for him especially after the stick he has received. Did he stay down because if he did I have to say the concussion protocol has to better?
