The commentators are absolutely ridiculous in their treatment of him. Lloris had a couple of moments that went unnoticed, they have an agenda and are forcing it down our throats.

I was impressed with him going out there for an interview and standing up for himself. He did nothing wrong today, made a couple of really good saves. He does look like a run is beginning to give him some confidence.

Was a really good interview too. I like him. Probably not good enough but it's up to him between now and May to prove us wrong.

Was too upset to watch anything after the game given the nature, I also thought he did well and looked good. Tim Sherwood and Alan Shearer were also criticising him on the broadcast here before I changed the channel. Madness particularly as if their least likely goal threat didn't belt a wonderstrike into the corner none of them would have said a single word. I don't blame anyone, but if I do, Can could have perhaps gotten something onto it on the way out, but even that's asking for a lot.

I think he could be a really good number 2. Always had miles more confidence in him than Mignolet and glad he's getting a run. Hopefully he proves to be better than we think.

His kicking and distribution was better. Came out to the edge of the box to collect the ball and made a de gea type worldie save to keep it at 1-0. Definitely his best game. Need more of these games though.

                7/10 for me today.

It was just bad luck that Wanyama unleashed a once in a career strike but we should have defended it better.

He did well today. Their first goal was a wonder strike, and normally a game in which a keeper saves a peno sees him called a hero.

Fingers crosed he gains confidence from his own performance today and keeps it up for the remainder of the season.

No surprise to hear various pundits panning him though. They seem to start in on him before a ball is kicked, and just rattle off their preconcieved views regardless of what is happening on the pitch. Just a shame that some of the biggest knob jockeys amonst the pundits are ex Reds.
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

That's the first time I've been impressed with him. Not sure what it was, he just looked like a keeper today. Hardly any keeper catches the ball and his punch wasn't bad, just **** bad luck that the lad hit it so well.

The one thing that annoyed me was when he let kane get a jump on him and even though he was technically fouled, he still has to be tougher. As a keeper you should expect to get clobbered and pick up some cuts and bruises. It goes with the territory.

                    He's too pretty.

Should take advise from Neto and knock some teeth out.

One of his best games for us. We now need to keep him in the side and give him a run of games, but I fear we will put Mignolet back in for the CL game
