I'd say lallana but firmino is not so effective out wide. If Götze comes, he has to be through the middle at no.10- I know he has played wide or up front but imo he is so much better in the no.10 position.

I'd expect two pacy wide men to come in, and with the links to Zielinski and Dahoud, it looks like Klopp wants two 'box-to-box' midfielders in the centre, rather than your traditional 'Alonso' type of player.

That's why I don't expect Allen to stay, because he doesn't have that aggressivity or advanced technical ability and stature. Henderson is another who doesn't have the technical skills required, which is why I expect him to leave too.

On the contrary, I think Allen is quite good technically, he will probably be off because whilst he's a good player, klopp thinks he can get a better one.

I don't think he's far wrong to be fair. Personally I think there will be more than 6. Matip and Grukic inbound already. I think we'll see a massive overhaul, lots of ins and outs..... good riddance it needs to be done. This soft mentality needs to be eradicated.

I think the biggest problem is collectively they aren't good enough, a lack of exceptional ability. Coutinho and Sturridge are still the only two who I would deem exceptional and both have had issues with consistency for different reasons.

Yes .. but when it really really comes down to crunch time ... they have quit in them .. maybe not individually but collectively as this group they do, this team needs surgery, not wholesale changes but big chunks need to be surgically removed and replaced with mentally tougher players who not only want to win but know how to win trophies

Why Flanno? He wasn't bad before the injuries but never exceptional & he's still struggling to make an impact since returning (understandably though).

I'd be more concerned if Can or Firmino wanted out personally as I see both of them as being pivotal to our future.

Why? Because I like the lad. Is he our best player? Of course not. But having talent and having no bottle when it matters is pointless. This lad has it in buckets full and he can play. It will take a while after so long out though.

It's not I don't rate some of the others I just honestly couldn't give two ****s if any of them were replaced. Just being honest. They continue to disappoint and since I don't go in for hero worship these days, they're just another lot of overpaid mercenaries that happen to play for us right now. That's it, that's all they are. Just like 99% of professionals in the game I once loved.

I agree we need players like Flanno who love a tackle but a team needs the flair players to win matches & these can be the most frustrating players & equally they can be the players that bring much joy when they succeed. Coutinho is a great example of this. Frustration & praise in spades depending on the day.

On the out side of things: Enrique, Toure, Ilori, Wisdom, Teixeira, Sinclair, Rossiter, Benteke, Balotelli and Alberto all seem fairly likely candidates to go, that's 10 and that's not being at all ruthless, most of those could go an you would barely notice (Toure being the exception). Then there are players such as Lucas and Allen who have been linked with moves for a while who could easily go, not to mention moving on Bodgan if we are signing a new keeper.

I think we'll see one of the biggest turnovers we've ever seen at Anfield in this window. Rightly so too, desperately need it.

Flanno is one of the few lads in our whole squad that has a bit of bollox about him. We are sorely missing characters of this nature.
