Pre-Season 2016

Nice to see Klopps football in full effect today. We've got some real energy and movement in this side now and a fair few players capable of sticking it in the net.

The result was of course great but more importantly is seeing how we can play when it all clicks.

As someone said earlier we'll belt a few teams this season .

Let's hope we catch Arsenal underprepared next weekend

Marco Grujic has played 4 games I think and scored three goals (nearly as good as that Woodburn fella!), Origi has scored three (one was chalked off as offside quite incorrectly)
Mane has looked sharp as a tack through pre-season. Hendo is fixed, Ragnar looks like Sami Hyypia reborn and even Mig did well.

It's downhill from here!

We've got so much firepower it's crazy and we've only improved it over the summer.

Lovren was awesome as usual so naturally will now be out injured, as was Klavan. Stewart was brilliant, dont think he's had a bad game for us yet, Wij solid. Origi is a monster. Mane is god.

Big, quick and intense, we are going to be utter hell to play against this season thats for sure.

I am not getting carried away .. one week out before the season starts against a team similar in style to Arsenal .. some one say the best football team in the world and not only do we totally dominate them but we put 4 past them and keep and clean sheet and as a fan your not allowed to be impressed ... Just you lot of ****ing miserable

We let them have too many chances to score and their season start a few weeks after us. We did better second half but first half they should have two or three.

We're in decent shape for sure.

We need to do that on a consistent basis now, not just the odd game here and there, because we were sensational. Movement, pressing, use of the ball, all superb.

I tell you what all pre season one thing was noticeable ...Our shape as a team was very very solid at all times ... I missed the last game , but all the other ones we looked very very tidy as a team a no team really put us under too much pressure ... if we go into the season with this kind of organisation, fitness and attacking threat on the break ... we will give a lot of teams problems
