Jurgen Klopp admits his manager of the month award was tarnished by news that his team's game with Stoke has been moved to 27 December and the kick-off against Manchester City on 31 December altered to 17:30 GMT ahead of the 19:45 GMT start against Sunderland on 2 January.

"It's a nice prize, but unfortunately a second ago I saw the new fixture changes! I can't believe we have less than 48 hours between City and Sunderland. Maybe we can ask if there's another time for Sunderland."

In recent years we tended to **** up when our 'rivals' dropped points - beat United and we have real momentum. Everything is with us but I am worried about this - form tends to go out the window in these games.

I'd love a blistering start like we did vs Arsenal 3 seasons ago!
