[PL] LFC V WATFORD (H) Sunday

I'm thinking Milner will come back in for this one but will that be the only change? Klavan for Lovren ? Gini for Can? Thoughts?
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

Bit harsh that we have to play again tomorrow

Wow this is a really early build up thread!

I would assume that if Milner is fit he will come back in, I doubt Lovren will be dropped I think him and Matip are the prefered CB partnership and I don't think that the odd mistake will change that. We need to establish a settled backline in an attempt to get the defence sorted.

Can and Wijnaldum is an interesting one, I think both have done well when they have played and neither deserve to be dropped IMO so I would say that Can is in possession of the shirt and I think Wijnaldum has to wait for his chance again or to displace Can from the side.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Give Hendo or Lallana a game off and play Can and Gini Wiji.

Yeah Can and Gini is the big selection dilemma. Someone pointed out in the Palace build up that Can would get the nod due to his extra height, and I think that's probably what swung it for him. As things stand I'd be rotating the pair of them, trying to give them similar game time over the course of the season, but for what it's worth I think Gini's ability to move the ball quicker is better suited to us. That said Can's driving runs and his ability to carry the ball is something Gini doesn't really offer.

I think, however, that pretty much whenever Can is fully fit and available for selection, Klopp picks him. He loves him. Nice dilemma to have.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Can't wait to see how Matip handles Spud and Igloo.

Wijnaldum just edges it for me also, he and Milner are the real unsung heroes of the season so far - both crucial. We will need both Can and Wijnaldum with inevitable suspensions and increased fixtures over xmas and particularly when we have Morgan's next season.
                      Modifying post.

Can't wait to watch us play again....... football is so exciting this season.

In reality kloppster will decide depending on training during the week. One thing for sure is that we have a very strong bench no matter what team he puts out. To have Gini, Origi, Sturridge, Lucas and Ings (if selected) as options from the bench is ****in brilliant. I'm not sure we've had such strength in depth in the last 30 years.

The fact the klopp has achieved this without spending a while lot of cash (net spend wise) is incredible.

3 points and a clean sheet are what's needed. North London derby next week as well so more dropped points. We have great run up until Christmas when we face city. Let's get as much points as we can.

Wijnaldum could come in for Can, Lallana or even two of the front three so his versatility will see him get plenty of games. But that said, I don't think he'll get past a fully fit Can.
