So do I, but Watford at home is a good game to do some rotation for fitness.Originally posted by Fredo View PostI'm not sure about Can to be honest. He's not the most technically gifted of our midfielders but he's strong as an ox and he's a strong runner. Brilliant performance could have been 10....I got a little edgy early on when we'd had 3 or 4 good chances and not scored and I thought please no not one of those days and then mane scored and after that we tore them apart.
Don't know who got mom but for me I'd go with firminho, thought he was outstanding today, followed closely by coutinho and also lallana again was class but we kinda just expect that from him now
also thought Matip was brilliant
Wasn't too impressed with Can to be honest, he started dreadfully and for me never seemed to get the ball out of his feet....but he kept going and never stopped or hid and took his goal well.
Just got back so ordering a Chinese and going watch the game again
i own everton fans on the internet....that's what i do

I think the performances are more controlled than 13/14.
We relied a lot on the genius of Suarez that year, this year feels like more of a team effort - everyone is contributing. We also are not mired in controversy like we were when Suarez was here which was always quite distracting.Modifying post.

Being top puts us under a bit of pressure, but **** it we're where we deserve to be. I really hope we don't bottle it. Was expecting us to beat Watford convincingly, but we did it without seemingly making too much effort. We are breathtaking going forward. Karius looked decent today, hopefully that will give him confidence. Matip looked a bit uncomfortable without Lovren beside him. Not going to complain anyway, we were awesome.

Much more about us this time round, plus in 13/14 it was December before we looked a threat.
