Plymouth FA Cup replay build up and match thread

If there's already a thread for this then I need glasses even more than I thought I did.

I'm told by my brother in law (who lives down that way) that Ar-goy-al have installed something in the region of 2000 temporary seats on what's usually an unused terrace. Apparently Liverpool have waived their right to the 45% of gate receipts from these seats otherwise Plymouth wouldn't have been able to afford to install them.

So whilst I'm pleased that we're doing something positive for a small club I'm also wondering why we feel we need to help them get a load more of Venton's mates in to boost the home support.

Nice move by the club. Hope we thrash them anyway

Gomez, Ejaria, Woodburn, Ojo, Alexander-Arnold, Stewart, Randall and HARRY WILSON missed the United u23 game tonight, so they're all in contention to start. No idea what's up with Grujić.

    --Ojo--Sturridge--Woodburn--

When's this on then? Shoddy work from the OP
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

Thanks bro. I'm starting work at 6 everyday this week so just the highlights for me.

Closest and cheapest game for me.. 30 minute drive..Also used to live two minutes away from Home Park so will know a fare few of the local local reds and greens. Quite looking forward to this one.

Will be interesting to see Wilson get a game. When he played for Wales senior team at 11 years old (or whatever), the whispers around were that we had a Gareth Bale on our hands. It's all been about Woodburn in recent times but it would be nice to see Ojo and Wilson also remind us that they are there too.

Klopp talks about needing to sign a winger - and he is right - but surely at least one of those 3 players will have ideas about showing the manager that they can be an option too.

In with the Janners presumably? It's always tricky being in the wrong part of the ground when goals go in.

Won't the full game be available on fullmatchesandshows.com?

Ahead of Liverpool’s FA Cup showdown with Plymouth (original tie), the former Borussia Dortmund gaffer offered an update on Grujic’s situation.

Klopp said: "Yes [he is still injured], but he is on a good way too.

"Maybe the end of this week or the start of next week he will be back in team training.

Marko Grujic last appeared for Liverpool against Leeds in the EFL Cup
"It was difficult and we had to do not too much because it was how it is with muscles, they all heal differently.

"In this case, he obviously took a little bit longer. He is not injured anymore, but he is not match fit."

I did wonder what happened to Grujic. It's a shame he was injured around this time as it was a good opportunity to get some game time after a promising preseason.

So that means he should be back in team training by now? Either him or Coutinho gets the full 90 minutes then.

And looks like those massive cunts at FIFA won't let us play Matip, so probably Klavan next to Joe Gomez.

Klopp's press conference - the key points

That’s it from Jurgen Klopp. He is clearly very miffed about this situation with Joel Matip.

We have plenty more to come shortly, but here are the key points from Klopp’s press conference just now:

Loris Karius starts in goal for Liverpool tomorrow
Nathaniel Clyne improving, needs 2-3 days. Could play v Swansea
Lucas knee injury is just a bruise, could train today
Wilson set to be involved against Plymouth
Klopp explains Matip situation in detail, says player/club have done nothing wrong - FIFA to make a decision on Friday
What do you mean it could've been anyone? Name me one person who's got a grudge against penguins
