Decent performance though low on confidence and as usual an "honest mistake" that goes against us. Just like Barkley's non red card, Rooney's non red card, the offside goal, Wolves offside goal, Shane Long handball etc. Feels like the oppo get a goal start at the moment which isn't helping.

Lallana and Firmino have both been out of form for a few weeks, probably hasn't helped either that they've been moved around the pitch.

Henderson was superb from what I saw, I missed the first half because of work. Covered a few times for Milner's errors, another player who is struggling at the moment.

without playing fantastically well we have put a real shift in and outgrafted chelsea and shown some balls for a change.

henderson and milner were great tonight.
so many players looking poor/unfit/struggling to hit an accurate pass with the required strength, yet we have done well against the probable champions.

other results look ok and if hull can get something from the scum and city have a blip then things will have gone as good as possible without us actually winning.

I agree. I'm not worried about either player. They've had they're usual partners out and I expect them to get better when they play their usual role and other players can take the pressure off Firmino.

Happy with a draw in the end to stop the losing run.

We have so many players to improve on - LOVREN is a calamity and lucky he didn't cost us 2 goals, Milner looks like an average right footed midfielder playing at LB (he can't stop crosses), the midfield worked hard but lack class and pace, the front lads also worked hard and Bobby F is way off form.

Kante was superb for them - snuffed out any threat from us and used the ball v well. We could so do with a player like him.
