True.....FWIW, it's not like we're talking an incident in the 6yd box. Would like to see more instances of attackers getting the benefit of the doubt in situations like that...half-way line etc
It's not like Arsenal were intentionally trying to play him off and it's no more than his head, and perhaps, shoulders in the off position by a few inches, so while some may want to get bogged down in technicalities (some Arse fans), it worked in our favour this time.
Totally agree. Defenders get the benefit of the doubt when defending corners etc when they wrap there arms around attackers so they can't get away so why be so stingy in maybe being offside by a few inches. We all want high scoring free flowing games I'm sure most would agree.
