What's wrong with Coutinho. He's not been at it since his injury.

    Probably answered my own question.

pleased with the way we won. He does gibber a bit, Klopp, doesn't he? Not sure if it's the language barrier or not as sometimes he seems to be trying to say something pretty insightful, but other wise he gibbers like a fool.
      Really?

Woodburn did well when he came on.

We just showed heart and fight. We went a goal down but fought back to win.
Hopefully a sign of things to come.
But yeah . doom and gloom because we won but could have lost or drawn?

We were bloody dire in the first half against a poor side at home. The crowd were near silent as they could feel a repeat of what we have done all too often. Overall we did enough but we need to show up for more than 45 mins. The result was excellent, needed, but the performance wasn't good enough.

Loved Carragher on Sky afterwards when Redknapp interrupted him - looked like he was ready to just walk off.

Oh and great from Can - deserved MoM

I know teams like. Burnley make it awkward for the better teams but my god we struggled our way over the line. Once again to a man we seemed well off the pace.

Think Coutinho deserved to be hauled after 60 minutes - I have been wondering with all the talk of reinforcements up front, who would be the one to miss out and I think it is Coutinho... either dropped back into midfield, or onto the bench.

The comment above is so right - since his injury he's had what 2 good games?

It was a right slapping from Klopp to sub him. He was pathetic. Constantly giving the ball away.

Good to see us battling back and come from behind to win. Hopefully this will give the team a boost when playing the ****e of the league.

remember when we hadn't won a game from a losing position for like 3 seasons or summat under houllier?
                        3rd place. Worst champions ever.

I guess it could have been a pre-match post, because our performances the last few months have been entirely predictable. The first half was absolutely terrible, as bad as we've played all season. Yes we turned it around but I feel that we have a mentality issue, the league is all we have to play for and we are in the hunt for the top 4 and we came out first half looking like we couldn't be arsed.

Play against one of the big sides and we put in some good performances and get good results, against the so called lesser sides we don't want it enough we were out thought and out fought for much of the game. If this side could dispatch the lesser sides the way we do the do sides we'd be fantastic. The fact that so frequently we put in these dire performances suggests that there is a mental block or an attitude problem, or that the players just aren't up for the fight. The fact that we can back from a goal down is a little more encouraging but you still didn't see that determination or desire to get us back in the game when we went behind. For the 40 or so mins of the first half after their goal we showed nothing. For me as happy as I was for us to come back and win I don't believe that the it changes anything, there are still some big underlying issues that need to be addressed.

It was interesting to see Klopp make a change so early, he rarely seems to make a sub before about the 70th minute

Coutinho has been **** since the injury.

Even before that he has been inconsistent. He can score a worldy and then give the ball away all the time.

For 60 mill Barca can have him!
