If it's just about their level then it's Suarez over Rush. He's just much better.

Exactly that - Rush wasn't as good a footballer as Suarez, he just wasn't. Suarez is the best player I've ever seen on pure ability on a regular basis.

Better numbers/goalscorer, better player. Many more strings to his bow, works as hard if not harder, creates more, scores more. As much as we love Rush and he's a bigger club legend than Suarez there can surely be no argument.
