Leg-ends mate, Luis is still playing (I know Alonso is but he has said he is retiring)
Those that hid Anne Frank were breaking the law.
Those that killed her, were following the law.

I followed them home and away during Kennedy's time and this is why I chose Riise, he was a better player.

        Nicol-------Hyypia-----------Hansen------Nicol

Get to ****! There's barely anything in it surely.

I just missed Souness, caught the end of Neal and missed Clemence totally but I was happy to pick all 3 anyway.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Theres a lot more to being a club legend than simply having played for the club. Suarez doesn't qualify imo.

I agree, although in terms of technical ability he was probably our best player.

                Rush - 769 games 380 goals
                Suarez - 488 games 334 goals
I assumed by legends it was picking a team for that up coming RM game

Surely by definition a legend should already be retired?

Ah ok, the retirees 11 rather than the best 11 - fair enough then.

Following the retirement rule, plus my own opinion that you can only include players from your own living memory:

                        -----------------------Dudek---------------------

                        ------Babbel---------Hyypia----------Carra

                        -------------Hamann-------Alonso------------

                        ----Jones----------------------------McManaman----

                        ---------------------Gerrard--------------------

                        ---------------Rush----------Fowler------------

That's mine until the retirements of Reina, Mascherano, Torres and Suarez anyway.
                        .
                        .
                        .
                        .

And Nicol was better than either of them (by a country mile I might add)

Not as a LB is wasn't, Nichol played RM/RB mostly, Riise as a LB is better which is why I chose him.

                              souness gerrard
                              suarez dalglish barnes
                              rush

other LB options; alan kennedy, steve nicol
If I was picking my all time 11 it would be very close to yours and your formation

                              Clemence
                              Neal Hansen Lawrenson Nicol
                              Souness Gerrard
                              Dalglish
                              Suarez Rush Barnes

Riise wouldnt get near a best or legends 11 because

                              1) Nicol
                              2) Lawrenson can also play there
                              3) Nicol
                              4) Hughes could play there also
                              5) Nicol
                              6) Did I mention Nicol

I actually reckon Nicol is the best rightback we have had also its just Neal is better than any of the other leftbacks we had also

Sorry Nicol was ****ing miles better, hes the best fullback (right, or left we have had by a mile)

Lawrenson was also miles better than Riise

I'd also say Beglin was better than Riise
