My best Legends team - if I was choosing

Its a good team Kev, but I'd put Nicol in for Riise and Suarez in for Rush

Leg-ends mate, Luis is still playing (I know Alonso is but he has said he is retiring)

Surely anyone who saw the the 70's/80's teams would be picking Alan Kennedy ahead of Riise?

I followed them home and away during Kennedy's time and this is why I chose Riise, he was a better player.

Theres a lot more to being a club legend than simply having played for the club. Suarez doesn't qualify imo.

I agree, although in terms of technical ability he was probably our best player.

Depends on the criteria. "Legends" suggests genuine club legends - i.e. length of service etc.

If it's just about their level then it's Suarez over Rush. He's just much better.

Rush - 769 games 380 goals
Suarez - 488 games 334 goals

Not as a LB is wasn't, Nichol played RM/RB mostly, Riise as a LB is better which is why I chose him.

1) Nicol
2) Lawrenson can also play there
3) Nicol
4) Hughes could play there also
5) Nicol
6) Did I mention Nicol

I actually reckon Nicol is the best rightback we have had also its just Neal is better than any of the other leftbacks we had also

Lawrenson was also miles better than Riise

I'd also say Beglin was better than Riise
