I actually think we will win....don't expect west ham to sit back or be defensive......which will make it an open game....

Yep. Same nonsense all the time on here. I can't say I'm hugely confident we'll get the job done but "no fight" "cannot hack it when the going gets tough" and other such **** is laughable. We've got 21 points from our last 10, mostly playing an injury ravaged paceless team. Hardly like anyone would look at the 11s we are currently fielding and be wowed by its quality, we are doing well and hanging on in there.Originally posted by Fierce View PostWe're third in the league with 2 games to go for ****s sake
No fight? Not able to produce when it matters?

The Burnley, Stoke, Watford and WBA victories in the last 8-10 games were surprising to be honest. How the feck we came away with 12 out 12 in those four still has me stumped. If we had no fight Arsenal and Utd would already be ahead of us.Originally posted by Chris View PostYep. Same nonsense all the time on here. With Lallana and Sturridge back just in time, and in good form, we have a chance. Need Matip to stay fit though. One tit for another.

I think if there is one thing we have it is "fight". I think the team spirit that our team has is the reason we can punch above our weight a little bit. And that is 100% down to Klopp. Hopefully he will add a little bit of quality and a bit of variety that will enable us to be able to punish teams that think they can just sit back against us.
I just have a horrible feeling. Arsenal sneaked up and pipped Spurs to second by a cunt hair last year. I just have a horrible feeling that they will do the same to us this year. Would be ****in lovely if Stoke could take away the stress of it all tomorrow!!!

It would be disastrous mate.Originally posted by frank the tank View Posti am actually thinking that we will **** it up as well...... have a really bad feeling that it will be a poxy goal from an Andy Carroll or Stewart Downing that will **** us over too......
Imagine if we end up fifth - ahead of United - but they go into the champions league having won the europa. Christ that would be torture!!Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."

And the people who criticise us for having no fight, being pussies etc. (not just Slinky) are the ones that throw the towel in before matches even start and whinge and cry about everything.Originally posted by Fierce View PostWe're third in the league with 2 games to go for ****s sake

If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Our record over the last ten games is really good. We can't win them all. We are in the hunt, and we have 2 games to get across the line, where it is currently in our hands.
I suspect a lot of posters are just trying to guard against disappointment, but we are third in the League on merit. Only 2 teams can currently claim to have a better season than us. Yet you would think we are in 7th place and out of the picture reading a lot of posts on here.Modifying post.

I am trying to guard against disappointment but we've been let down so many times before it's difficult to be confident. I'll still support the team and go mental as I always do, just because I'm a moaning cunt on here doesn't mean I am the same watching us. Of course I will always believe we can win but at the moment it's almost like a false belief.Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football.
