I don’t think Robbo is done and there is an expected level of hyperbole online after a bad game where somebody has to be hung out to dry with the rest of their career written off. But, it was obviously a very poor game (or 20 mins) from him. As Slot said was he affected by that early injury (which was defo a borderline red) possibly.

The thing with Robbo 2.0 is that he can’t play every game any more and with Tsmikas being injured he has had to. With Konate and Bradley also being injured there is basically nobody to rotate with.

We do need to reinforce in this position and have done for a while. I reckon Robbo has a season or two left at the top, but desperately needs his game time managed.

Our defence rotating the two LBs and with Konate fit was barely letting a goal in through the early part of the season.

Plenty of players down the years have been one footed. He made a mistake. It's not like other players in the team don't also. He's first choice until the summer.

I think it is not so much a case of Robertson being done, but rather he is probably at the point Hendserson was at the season before his form fell off a cliff.

Yep it's this for me. He's a split second late to a tackle every now and then. It's minor but at this level that can be the difference between a good tackle and a red card. That's three similar errors recently. It's gone beyond a coincidence IMO.

It is sad to see, he's been a legend for us, but for me it does look like the beginning of the end for Robbo. I'd like to see him as a squad player from now on, with someone else being brought in in Jan to start.

It is unfortunately becoming a weak area and we can afford any of those if we're pushing to win the league.

True. But then the mighty salah ****ed up his first 5 attempts on goal. I thought robbo looked solid and moved the ball well.

Robbo is still able but he's probably not capable for every game week after week. Looks like that Bournemouth LB Kerkez may come in January. Looks a great fit IMO.

I saw some data, that he's only winning 50% of his 1 v1 duels. That's not good at all.
