he was great, but his smashing of sterling also lifted the crowd and seemed to set the tempo for everyone else to keep the pressure on.
removing all the weak links makes us stronger

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

Actually, watching this, the interception at 1:07 shows why, surely, he will be our first choice LB. No way does Moreno sense that break. Outstanding covering and tackle, made it look easy - otherwise Sterling was in.

Probably cost us the game tonight. He had possession of the ball more than any other player. Virtually everytime he passed backwards or sideways. He should have been going past the defender so we could get in behind them.

Don't even think he was our worst full-back never mind player. 1 or 2 decent crossed and a few more worse ones, he's improved defensively but has took his foot of the gas going forward.

He's clearly been instructed to do this though - his first few games it was get to the line and whip it in now he doesn't do it all - not fair to say he cost us the game, bad day at the office all round and fair play to Swansea, they parked the bus and it worked. To be fair to Robbo he was the only one giving us any width, far too narrow tonight given 11 the numbers they had in defence.

I didnt mention being our worst player. Just completely used the wrong tactics. When you are playing against 5 at the back he has to get in behind them and turn them. Have our players attacking the ball. Thats how Citeh play and score shed loads. We failed to do that

Be interesting to see what percentage of our passes overall were backwards. It's rinse and repeat when were up against a wall of 10 defenders. Shouldve taken the ball in to the corners more and stretched them.

Yeah seemed to be looking for the easy pass inside far too often tonight. Disappointing.

How did he cost us the game??

To me Gomez was worse than him in and out of posession

Against **** teams I would play Arnold ahead of Gomez

It's midfield for me not full backs that slow our play against poor teams

Gomez overlapped more effectively than Robertson, who was trying to cross from deeper and not doing it effectively at all. But Gomez shooting speculatively was ridiculous.

Gomez overlapped but his delivery and general intelligence in the final third is shocking

Interesting listening to Klopps analogy. Had a pop at Robertson for first half for not getting into positions but said 2nd half he did and delivered well. Then had a pop at Salah for not keeping wide for Chamberlain to run into and Mane for not coming into half space for Robertson to go in
