Good half, Arsenal have been awful, we really should be more than 2-0 up

A few signs of our flaws at the back in that half, but damn did our midfield and attack more than make up for that.


The front three have been all over the place in terms of pulling players around with their runs and being there for other players as outlets. All three have been stand outs.

Wijnaldum is keeping it ticking over in the centre and Can has just been in beast mode in there. Going back or going forward he has been boss.


This sort of attitude with some quality upgrades brought in (along with those to come back) and we would be solid in each third.

The scoreline flatters Arsenal, that's for sure.

Not sure if Ozil even touched the ball in the first half for them?

We have to keep going though, they do have the quality to get a goal from nowhere.

I really rated him in the Bundesliga, but he simply has not done it for Arsenal on a consistent basis. Long may that form continue for him there.

Always a good sign when half time commentary in one of our games is focused on the other team. Normally means we are making someone look bad and the "credit" is going to the other team for that.
