Yep, TAA will be the first to be look at whereas VVD & Salah will be told if they want to continue to stay, sign on with reduced terms given their age.Originally posted by Deano View PostDoubtful if Edwards comes back IMONope, don't need anger management, you just need to stop pissing me off!

Am wondering about TAA and his contract.
Was meant to be talks last season, again in the summer and again around Xmas that all went nowhere seemingly.
Come June he enters the final 12 months of his contract.
Wonder if he wants guarantees of playing time or of what position or role he starts in?
Just does not seem like us to have such a big name, one that is his age especially, get so close to his final 12 months.I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

Bradley got caught in forward positions a few times which led directly to Man City getting into some dangerous positions - if Trent has done the same much more would be getting said about it.Originally posted by kingfunk View PostHonestly, Bradley starts ahead of TAA for me, defensively we are much more solid with Bradley and he is no slouch going forward either. I’d like to see if Trent has it in him to morph into a decent RMF.
I'm not blaming Bradley as this is obviously coming from instruction from Klopp, I just find it interesting the difference in reaction.

I do think Trent & Robbo are at risk of leaving in the summer as I don't think either is guaranteed a starting role, more so Trent and Mo is a banker to leave. Of all the players that could potentially leave, the ones I would worry most would be VVD & Alisson. It's so hard to know if certain players will want out now that Klopp is leaving.

Doesn’t really change the fact that they are both getting caught out from following Klopps instructions. Just find it odd that when it happens to Trent it’s because he’s paid £180,000 and is lazy.Originally posted by Kenneth View PostBradley isn’t on £180,000 per week and puts the effort in to try and recover.

If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

I’m not convinced that being caught upfield sometimes is really the basis for the criticism of Trent tbh.Originally posted by rudedog View PostDoesn’t really change the fact that they are both getting caught out from following Klopps instructions. It’s this stuff: [ame="https://youtu.be/9BaNU2ChTJU"]Trent Alexander-Arnold hates defending... - YouTube[/ame]
Dangling a leg as a winger skips past, that kind of thing. That’s not to say there aren’t as many examples of him doing particularly well, but it’s what he does that people tent to criticise, not where abouts on the pitch he is.Last edited by Kenneth; 11-03-24, 06:07 PM.Trey Nyoni: countdown to stardom-2 years1year0.5 years
