Ox seems to have the vision so I’m hoping he can take it up a level or 5. He’ll never replace Cout but I’m hoping he can start to show why Klopp plays him in the centre.

I think maybe he will although he is no where near Coutinho in being able to thread a ball or pick a pass.

In Ox's whole career I think he averages about 5 or 6 assists per season & is injury prone. It's something that he really needs to work on. It's Coutinho's controlling of the game that I am more concerned about, Ox has certain abilities like pace and good delivery but I don't think Ox has that in his locker to be able to dictate and control a game from the midfield.

Its funny how players like Torres seemed so much better at the time but reflecting on the numbers its night and day.

I think PL defending was comparatively better than attacking when Torres played. The Mourinho Chelsea/Benitex Liverpool phase of the PL was very different to now in that regard and the top English teams were dominating the CL then.
