If he’s fit for Egypt’s opening game, it would raise questions why he couldn’t complete the CL final with a jab or two.

Because he’s recovered 3 weeks later?
      No it wouldn’t.

Why? There's 3 weeks between the two

Plus you can’t usually go straight to pain killing injections to continue playing immediately following the injury.

It was a sprained shoulder, not a hammy. I’m still not convinced he couldn’t have played on. If he’s a little bit soft, it’s probably his only flaw, so I won’t hold it against him.

It's a Champions League final, you're not going to go off unless you have to.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Exactly, utterly ludicrous to think otherwise

i doubt he will be 'fit' to play but will have plenty of support bandaging to support his shoulder.
the expectation of him turning out for egypt is massive but one big fall and he will be off.

If you watch carefully Salah doesn't move his left arm at all, he's just hanging it there motionless.

I'm a bit worried he's really rushed back. If he comes across another snide like Ramos, the opportunity to injure him would be pretty easy.
