I think the change in style has effected our front 3 in general, this slower, more conservative approach takes away the dynamism of our front 3.

it's no coincidence that all 3 front lads who were incredible last season have had a sudden drop off in form when Klopp changed the tactics.

Mo has still racked up decent stats this season but anyone can see he doesn't have that fluidity he had last season. The service him and the other lads are getting is either very poor, very infrequent, in deeper areas or non existent. We have 3 top class players up top and they are suffering in the current system, I hope it's just a case of them getting used to it but we are 20 games in now. Bobby IMO is suffering more than anybody else.

I don't understand why he's playing with his back to goal so much. Surely it can't be a tactic to get the ball to his feet whilst static. He's still scoring and assisting, so no real alarm bells but it's odd how often he finds himself in this position as it's not really utilising his attributes to maximise impact on games.

We're missing the famous Kenny style arse turn. That's not happened so much this season.

Last season his main trick was to hold it up back to goal, hold off the defender with his strength then turn inside quickly, using his upper body/shoulder to generate that power. If he'd injured his other shoulder it would almost be no issue.

Question is whether he hasn't recovered 100% or doesn't trust it to try it.

He seems to be relearning how to deal with that situation going against his instinct, and still hasn't figured it out

I don't think the issue is the shoulder anymore but I think in the first few months back he might have been a bit apprehensive about it and it caused some sloppiness to enter into his game.

For me, he looks like he's recovering from that sloppiness and building his confidence back. He's not currently as sharp as he was and that's more mental than physical.
