If it wasn't a problem for Salah, it certainly was for Alisson.Originally posted by Kenneth View PostAnd was it a problem last summer?
But hey, let's just have players forgo pre season training every year and have them play competively all year round until it becomes a problem for more of them..

a solid pre season with the club is absolutely imperative.

Salah was good today I thought, he kept going and never let his head drop. He turned an absolute dog of a pass from Mane into a goal (whilst I was still cursing the pass) with a smart finish.
That’s Mo on 16 goals now, one behind Vardy and Aubameyang, you wouldn’t rule him out from a third in a row golden boot.Modifying post.

100 league matches 70 goals. The guy is the most under rated phenomenon we've ever had. Certainly doesn't get the adoration of Torres and Suarez.
Fowler, Owen, Torres, Suarez - Liverpool have had more than their fair share of goalscoring heroes in the Premier League, but Mohamed Salah is proving the most prolific yet.
The Reds' 'Egyptian King' marked his 100th top-flight appearance with his 70th league goal for the club in Saturday's 2-1 win over Bournemouth. In their first century of Premier League appearances, only Alan Shearer scored more.
Salah's latest goal - a crisp, low finish from the edge of the penalty area - means he has now found the net more often in his first 100 matches in England than Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero, ex-Manchester United forward Ruud van Nistelrooy and former Anfield favourite Fernando Torres.
The 27-year-old's first-half strike lifts him above former Reds forward Luis Suarez as the club's greatest overseas goalscorer of all time, while also making him the first Liverpool player since Michael Owen in 2002-03 to reach 20 goals in all competitions in three successive campaigns.
Most goals in first 100 Premier League appearances

I thought he was looking up and creating a lot more than he has in recent time.Originally posted by Buzzo View PostSalah was good today I thought, he kept going and never let his head drop. But then when tasked with making something from nothing, he still delivered.
Excellent today.Oh I don't know.

Wonder if that was a deliberate plan to unpick the low block ahead of Atletico this week
Definite tactics, parts of the first half we were back to our old selves long diagonals and balls over the top into the channels mixing it up. Last 5 games or so we've been too predictable and slow to release the ball, everything has been short too so allows well drilled teams to setup.
Thought Mo look very sharp and strong, just his decision making and passing let him down a bit. Seems the more time he has to think the worse it is for him.. thrives on natural instinct imo same as Mane.
