Suarez has been the most gifted player in an LFC shirt since probably Barnes.

Gerrard was obviously better for much, much longer but Suarez for me in his golden season was on another planet. If that team was able to defend we’d have smashed the league.

Yep, Salah for me also.

If he stays for a few more years he will be right in amongst Dalglish and Gerrard for achievements. Particularly if we pick up more trophies.

The only ever wingers that did what Salah has are Henry and Ronaldo but they weren't officially wingers for their teams.

Suarez used to drop wider than Salah does, but he would go both sides. I dont really think you can call Salah a traditional winger anymore than you can call Firmino a striker. We had a very similar lineup with Sterling Suarez and Sturridge. In fact I think Rodgers was trying to do something similar to Klopp, tactically.

I still say Suarez was a better player. Salah will be a bigger legend, and has been a total gentleman and ambassador at during his time. Obviously history will remember the numbers, and another season should see Salah sitting among Dalglish, Gerrard and Fowler... having played far fewer games.

Suarez over Salah in terms of playing ability and his effect on the whole team, without a doubt. He was a bellend though, his behaviour was embarrassing, and wasn't here long enough to make himself an LFC legend like Salah can be.
