Obv they want to get the maximum that they can get, who wouldn’t.. and obv the club isn’t budging just yet.. Mo is gonna have to compromise, if he wants to stay, and why would he do that already, if he can wait another few months in hope that the club does give in and up their offer… from his perspective, the best thing he can do now is bang in a few goals to strengthen his case- if he wins us the quadruple, the club might just give him whatever he’s asking for…

Once the summer comes, it will be time for him to make up his mind- sign whatever they’re offering at that point, or we’ll start listening to offers for him.

You watch Benzema and Modric at 34 and 36 respectively the other day and wonder if there could be years left in Mo, especially given how fit and resilient he is.

I honestly think if he leaves now, we won’t have had his best years… or at least, he will maintain his current form another 3-5 years… or at least he will do, if he stays at LFC…
