It is a complete joke but I kind of like that they're divvying out the best players so that there's some competitiveness in the league. Feels similar to the draft in US leagues
Yeah there’s some competitiveness but as long as one of their 4 teams win it
La Liga is predominantly a 2 horse race, the title's been won by Real or Barca all but 6 times in the last 40 years. In Germany Bayern have been winning the league every season since 2012. The premier league has been doninated by 4 teams for 30 years, excluding singular wins by us and Leicester. In this century the French league has been shared by two teams 16 times. Only in Italy does there appear to currently be a lack of dominance with 4 different teams winning the league in the last 4 seasons
He and the club are turning down ridiculous money. It’s a real show of faith from both Salah and the club acknowledging his importance. I don’t think Salah sees himself as being anywhere near ready to drop to the level of competition that he will find in Saudi.
I hope in time Salah is acknowledged as the ultimate professional, as he has always been with us. A class act on and off the field.

I think ab afreememnt has been reached personally. I really don't think we could afford to turn down the £200m that was an offer.
Maybe not for January or even next summer if he is still performing at an elite level. But i think there has been some sort of agreement made that he will make the move and they will still want him.
