Yes he’s been poor but change his role then, use him differently, he’s still technically superb and a brilliant finisher. Gakpo has been taken off but he starts game after game and mills so much of our play.

Slot is obviously making a decision to drop salah based on his form.
There may also be some interference from above, taking the opportunity to bench salah due to form and then knowing he will chuck the toys out of the pram again.
This then opens the door for us to more easily bring in a replacement.

Don't hear a peep out of this guy until something affects him. Never fronts up to media to explain why we're so ****, leaves it all to others. Not really a sad ending at all. He's been a great player for us, but players get old and need to move on. Him not being able to accept that and instead running to the media like a little grub and making it all about him (as usual). He's a little ****house and im glad Carra's been calling him out about this behaviour. Going to be interesting to see what he says now too.

No player is bigger than this club, ever. But Mo seems to think its his divine right to play every game no matter how **** he is. You just cant have that. Now he's poured petrol onto an already unsteady club with this outburst and will now leave to go play for egypt leaving this carnage between the fans. He can **** off for im concerned.

Salah himself must shoulder a big portion of how this is ending. He could've accepted a reduced amount of game time but insisted on playing every minute, to his and the team's detriment. He forced it to the point where Slot finally acted and it's taken 3 whole games for him to reach the **** throwing stage.

Quick resolution to this now, just one more home game and he'll be gone
