Burnley (H) Post match mash up

    Well....

I still think Klopp is going to be a hug success with us, but results like today just make the wait a bit tougher.

Poor perfomances, poor result, and roll on that good run of form that has us buzzing.

Just a bunch of average players. No faith in this side at all. Thought Salah and Robertson done well. We are doint nothing this season

Sigh - as I said post Sevilla we have seen this game so many times, it is ****ing rinse and repeat.

We are lucky to have Klopp but his apparent stubbornness is ****ing us - ****e defending cost us a goal again and they have better chances to win it than us - woeful defending set pieces again.

I need a break - this **** is driving me nuts.

The 5th best side in the league playing like the 15th. Nowhere near good enough and it does come from the inflexibility of the manager imo. But the current relative size of our club, nobody else could make us win a title either. At least we occasionally entertain.

Or any season. The silly thing is that we expect to get close.

Might be a good opportunity to pack in football and focus on other things.

and as for expecting 3 points I am sure Chelsea and Spurs fan said exactly the same after there home Loss and Draw.

5 points from 9 for Burnley is quite incredible.

Thought it was interesting how they were happy to concede corners while also looking to get one down the other end. Sean Dyche is no masterclass tactician but it's so bloody obvious that we're flaky on set pieces. The delivery is not good enough too.

Play Firmino anywhere other than centre of a 433 and he goes into Dog mode. I was hoping Sturridge started in the 4231 formation but not Firmino. Maybe play Moreno or Ox there. Hindsight eh? Except we've seen this when Firmino is out of position 20 times.
                            One tit for another.
