I think we dropped too deep and Fabregas controlling it didn't help. Llallana was waiting to come on but the ball would never break.

Frustrating again.

Henderson and Gin seemed to panic, rather than taking balls in the air to feet they were looping headers to anywhere and looking for Salah with punts. Same as midweek, we should relish teams pushing forward with the pace we have on the counter but that only works if midfield break with the ball and they didn't have the balls to try.

our midfield was poor again, when chelsea brought the ball forward there were no challenges at all.
gomez was great at the back, a few times he was wrong sided but recovered well and confident to bring the ball out.
moreno was decent today, only one really mad moment, but a few crucial tackles and looked like a decent player today.

Defence was fine today and Salah was class. Midfield was ****... again!! Milner looked way off the pace & Henderson was terrible. I still can't believe he is LFC's captain. Phil had poor game today. Wini, Hendo, Milner has to be the most beige midfield ever.

Salah was man of the match but Moreno & Gomez were excellent. Jammy goal by Chelsea but never expected us to keep them out, as soon as Cesc came on any sort of composure or calm in the midfield went out the window.

In isolation a point is decent but once again losing a lead. I'm a bit meh after it to be honest.

Credit to Moreno for bouncing back with a great performance. Thought Sturridge offered absolutely **** all. Salah class as usual. Klavan did very well too apart from that mad 5 seconds when he slashed wildly at two clearances in the box. Henderson is absolutely bereft of confidence I reckon - he's really struggling in that role.

Klopp is beginning to annoy me with his inability to make seemingly obvious changes. It is handing all the impetus to the opposition.

yea i think that's a fair summary.

I don't think Henderson is technically good enough to play the role. He takes a touch too much a lot of the time or doesn't get turned quick enough.

but whilst the draw was frustrating because of the lucky chelsea goal, it was pretty much a game where two good sides each had a go at one another. I wouldn't say either dominated the game

Klopp didn't make right subs at right times... way too late. Salah Moreno were excellent. Midfield once again was shocking. We just can't hang onto a lead.. zero composure. Same oul same oul. Disappointing after leading.

While he wasn't great, I think AOC is finding his feet and starting to contribute. Obviously need to see a lot more from him as an attacking threat.

Thought we gave a good account of ourselves - we had a couple of passengers out there (James I’m looking at you!) but though we did ok. Shame we couldn’t hang on but that’s again about collectively not being resilient enough to see it out.
