Should have given Haaland a good hard kick. But a good hard nudge was satisfactory enough.

His leadership looking after the young players around him is too quality. He looks like the added responsibility has lifted him back to his best.

It’s not often you see Virgil go to ground but when he does it’s a spectacular sight to see

I remember that at the time. He basically decided to play centre forward then tracked back to make that tackle and redeem the gap he'd left.

It was a touch too risky for my liking at the time.
              Oh I don't know.

Planet Earth cant handle the stress for more than a few seconds

Phil Foden was properly shaken by that tackle. The clip doesn't show it all but he went through anger and ****ting himself at the same time. Deciding to just pat VvD on the back instead of face up to him.

The clip should have been a few seconds longer.

No doubt wee Phil was getting ready to square up to Endo or Macca but shat it once he realised it was big Virg

Virgil is so far ahead of any other CB in the world. We'll be lucky to come across a CB in a Liverpool shirt as good as him again. Incredible player.

Aye, seen somewhere that record went.

Just checked, won 2 out of 4, the donkey. He won a header in the first 30 seconds and I thought he won a few more too, but evidentially not.

He must have let them win a couple of headers to try and entice them over to his side of the pitch.
