The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Karl has a good contact - he was the one who said Chang had been sacked (because of me ) three days before it was announced. I'd be inclined to believe that about Brewster.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

He looks ready to step up next season, watched the U23 season highlights and I was constantly thinking whos that lad .. oh its Brewster .. again, looks like he at the very least deserves a shot.

I've also read somewhere that Klopp wants to fast track him next year and is the reason why we won't go in the market for a centre forward.
                Are we winning?

Stats show 6 goals in 15 appearances.

Says a lot for the rest of the team then.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

I think that's more of of a contract negotiation tactic, rather than an indication of our transfer plans.

1 in 2 practically .. not bad ... whats his assists, do we know. Technically he looks head and shoulders above his team mates though

I've seen this too but I don't really understand why none of the young players got a sniff towards the end of this season when the first team looked knackered. I really thought we would see more of Woodburn but this applied to Solanke and Brewster too IMO.

Looking at the available evidence Klopp thinks Ings is a better option than all of the above.

I think maybe the odds were a bit too high (CL qualification) and that was a bit too much to be asked of them.

I think the idea is maybe to blood them in the cups and hope they emerge and stake a claim more consistently.

My feeling is that given how knackered we looked it would have done no harm. The West Brom and Stoke matches really seemed to be calling out for us to have some fresh legs/minds in there.

Solanke got a couple of starts, I thought Brewster was injured? But I was surprised Woodburn didn't get more game time.

Ah, hadn't realised he was injured.
