I agree, with regards to the depth for Salah and Mane, we do at least have Shaqiri (and potentially Ox).

I love the idea of promoting within, but the article contradicts itself, in saying that

Now we could of course play Mane or Salah through the middle but Brewster doesn't play wide so we're back to square one.

I'm all for Brewster taking Sturridge's role in the team but we've not solved a problem in what to do for Firmino in games where we really use him.

He sounds like a different type of player from Firmino but is definately a central striker, so a different option from Bobby, and possibly a different style of play perhaps more direct and selfish (not necessarily in a bad way).
