nice to get that win - makes up for the stupid points we've dropped against other teams.

3rd in the league is great, the win is great, dragging three points out of this performance is a major result, etc. but after the euphoria and lemo wear off you have to be a bit more analytical.

the amount of first and second balls that burnley won, most without us even challenging. our midfield let them have the ball, almost every time they came forward it seemed like they could score.

Yeah it was very ****, with more luck they would have scored from one of them.

Hopefully quicker players like Keita and Lemar will means we can dart in to close the space or even win the second ball.

One thing that pisses me off is how Can and Wij are unable to turn and run forward, they always play it backwards. Even Burnley can do that!

It's been a very good festive period for us. Just hope we can really step it up in the second half of the season.

Agree about the Ox and how good he is. Always liked him and was made up when we signed him.

Klopp is correct, you simply have to be able rotate your squad especially at this time of year and trust those coming in to do a good job. We would have lost that game today in many other years.

Ok time to get some sleep. That was so worth it to see Klavan and Lovren hugging like we'd won the league.

This Christmas is a turning point for us, just need to get Salah back to fitness and tell Coutinho to keep up the good work until the summer.
