I meant I accidentally agreed to a time/date that clashed with the football, forgetting it kicked off late. Was ****ed off when I realised, but not so arsed now.

Adam Lallana will miss Liverpool's FA Cup clash with West Bromwich Albion this weekend due to a muscle injury.

At his pre-match press conference on Friday, Jürgen Klopp revealed that the midfielder had suffered a ‘little tear’ and is unavailable for the fourth-round tie at Anfield.

“Adam Lallana, unfortunately, again has a little issue that I’m pretty sure keeps him out of the next game,” the manager told reporters.

“It’s not a big one. It’s how it is when you have a long injury, and Adam had a long injury. A few things come. It needs time to adapt again to the intensity of a Premier League game.

“We tried to be careful with that but obviously so far it didn’t work really well.”

Get yourself a good breakfast to set yourself up for the day. Moose Coffee on Dale St will be queue out the door busy but there is a reason for that. The food is great!!

For food in the afternoon / evening, to be honest, most of the best gastropubs in Liverpool will be outside the city centre...

My advice? Get back into town after the game and go for a Paddy 7 course meal - 6 pints of Guinness and a potato!! If you want a home from home, then there is a pub on Tithebarn Street called Shenanigans that is good.

If you would like a bit of a pub-crawl, then start at the Ship and Mitre on Dale Street for a real ale. Across the road there is a place called the Dead Crafty Beer Company that is good. You could either continue up Dale Street and hit Lady of Mann but my advice would be to take a detour to Tithebarn street and hit Shenanigans for the Man City v Spurs game at half 5.

For food, then Fazenda is great rodizio for steak. Good stuff and would be nearby. Would strongly advise to book it in advance though. If that doesn't suit, then CAU is a good Argentinian restaurant on Castle Street is great steak as well.

Back to your hotel then for a treble-S before heading back out. I would then suggest that you get to Hope Street / the top of Hardman Street and work your way down from there (it's all downhill!). Fredericks is a good spot and the Philharmonic Dining Rooms is worth a pint in if you haven't been before. Then work your way down Hardman St. The Old Blind School is okay - there might be some visuals there. Across the road Fly in the Loaf is good.

By then you are likely to be full of booze but still want to stay out and enjoy a drink with your brother. Get to the bottom of Hardman Street and go to Berry & Rye. This is just a black door on Berry Street but is a good speakeasy style place that do great whiskey cocktails. And it stays open late.

If you were mad for road then get to Seel Street - which is off Berry Street - and just follow the smell of clunge..... ha ha

For hangover cure the next day, then a burger in Almost Famous wont let you down!!
That's sound, mate!...cheers, buy ya a pint if we ever meet up!
Nope, don't need anger management, you just need to stop pissing me off!

Going over to this myself, West Brom will do the same thing Swansea did and what most other teams do & that is sit 11 men behind the ball and try get a spawny goal.

Starting to feel a bit better about having accidentally agreed to go on a date with a 32 year old scorcher on Saturday night, forgetting this was an evening kick off. Gonna miss it. Ah well, at least I'll get my nuts in and only miss us putting out a scratch side
                      Ha ha ha ha!

                      Scorcher lol
Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."
