Hope to hell Karius starts this. No more rotating keepers please Jurgen.
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

I think they scored 8 goals with set plays in the group stages, the most FWIW. Just so happens to be a weakness, so the cast is set. - we'll see if we've improved much in that regard.

We have Virgil to sort that out now though

Just hoping that they have been lulled into a false sense of security into thinking that we have sold our best player to Barcelona & are there for the taking whereas our best player this season has been between Salah & Firmino...

No doubt, they will be strong at home & will look to take an advantage to Anfield with their ****ty tactics to spoil the game there but will be wary of our strength in counterattacking.
Nope, don't need anger management, you just need to stop pissing me off!

I hope we remember that we don't have to win and do a good job defending as well as attacking i.e. no Alberto!

One of their main defenders is not 100% certain of playing while the other is 100% certain of not playing (he's banned!).

Also they have a couple of other 50/50s in midfield and attack.

Let's hope they don't know how to play a low block!

So all in all, they haven't come up against a team in similar quality as us yet whereas we have come up against a team in similar style with Sevilla who were tricky opponents...just have to watch the runners coming in from midfield & we have VVD who will make us harder to breach.

Klopp better not bring Moreno back for this! If these try and play expansive attacking football which is the norm for them, they are playing into our hands.

Team picks itself apart from middle. I'd go with milner /gini and AOC missing out. Nice 3-1 win please

                          My team:

                          Karius

                          TAA (assuming Gomez still injured)
                          Matip
                          VVD
                          Robbo

                          Henderson
                          Gini
                          AOC

                          Salah
                          Bobby

                            Gomez has travelled

Jürgen Klopp will lead a 25-man travelling party out to Portugal this afternoon with Liverpool set to take part in a European training camp following their Champions League last-16 first-leg meeting with Porto.

The Reds face Sergio Conceicao’s team at Estadio do Dragao on Wednesday evening but then won't play again until taking on West Ham United in the Premier League at Anfield on February 24.

For that reason, Klopp has named a bumper squad for today’s trip, with Emre Can included despite his one-match Champions League suspension.

Joe Gomez, who has missed the last two outings through injury, is also included in the selection.

Liverpool squad in full: Karius, Mignolet, Ward, Grabara, Clyne, Van Dijk, Lovren, Gomez, Klavan, Moreno, Robertson, Matip, Alexander-Arnold, Wijnaldum, Milner, Henderson, Lallana, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Can, Woodburn, Firmino, Salah, Mane, Ings, Solanke.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Wonder if Mane has called Keita for pointers on how to deal with this crowd from Oporto?

Is Lovren injured? I'd have him in the side over Matip to be honest.
