Also that Dossena goal , wasn't it the same week that he scored when we beat Real Madrid 4-0 He was a terrible player but that week was the peak of his LFC career
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

This Utd team needs a proper thrashing at home in front of their own fans. They can't live off negative, jammy De Gea saving football all the time.

I'd go with the same back five. Hendo and Can in the middle. Milner, if Hendo is injured. And definitely Ox, Mane, Firmino and Salah as our reformed Fab Four.
      One tit for another.

I'm feeling very confident about this game. It'll be tight but I think we might even squeeze a 1-0.

That's hardly feeling confident is it? it'll be tight but I think we might even squeeze a 1-0
If your feeling confident then go for a 3-0 win

I know what he means though. United won't be thrashed by anyone without the setup Jose has, an early goal against them messes with his game plan.

If they are anything like they were first half against Palace, we should stuff them.

Against Lindelof, Smalling, Pogba and Sanchez, we have no excuse not to put 3 or 4 past them.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

All this confidence instantly worries me.

This is basically a derby. They will put in a performance, resolute, whatever, but I suspect it will be a bit of a battle.

TBH, I'd be saying the same if it was Hodgson's team with Poulsen as our linchpin against United's treble winning side.

But in all honesty, I'm not too worried about the game. I do expect us to win, but if we don't it's not the end of the world. With Arsenal and Chelsea dropping points last week, I still think we'll comfortably finish 4th and bar some bragging rights, United will have nothing major to gain from winning either. I still think we're on an upward trajectory and will be in a better place to challenge City next year than United, regardless of the outcome.

Don't get me wrong, I'll be absolutely devastated tomorrow if we lose and if someone tries to get me to see the bigger picture then, I'll want to knock them out, but once the dust settles on Monday or Tuesday I'm confident I should regain some perspective.

Decent read. I didn't realise Pogba was an assist machine this year.

I think they'll have one eye on their Champions League game next week. That's the bigger game for them really. Could help us.

Could have done without the lovren jinx, but still confident.
removing all the weak links makes us stronger

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

He got about 4 in 2 games at one point, and every single one of them was a 5 yard square pass before the likes of Lingard and others blammed them in from 25 yards.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’
