Think he is a great player to bring in straight swap for Salah in cup games. Wand of a left foot, strong, skillfull and can finish.

We want them to come back better players than when they left, not worse!

I think it was Goal.com that said a few months back that we'll be looking to loan him to a Premier League club.

I know it's said that if he wasn't ours, then we wouldn't be looking at him, but he is ours. He's proving himself at a lower level, and would love a chance with us. I know he's 22, but he might be a late developer.

If we are going to loan him out again it has to be a PL club, I guess if Derby were to get promoted staying there would probably be the obvious choice, if not who knows
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

They moved him out wide and then back into the middle for the last 7-10 games. From all accounts he's a good player with the ability to be good , very good, world class is a different category for him. From people who have watched Derby this season have said he goes missing far far to often, yeah its an age thing, but id he's to compete with a current Liverpool midfield I can't see it happening.

Nope, Loan's are pretty much overseas or the Championship, two fold really, most contracts offer a salary hike/renewal if they play in the premier league which they don't want to give in case they turn to **** and end up paying £2m a year for someone they can't offload.
Secondly, and especially with the championship, its a test of fitness and finesse, most clubs see it as stepping stone to the PL

If we are at this stage imagining that he has a future with us and want to loan him out for 1 more season the only option is to do this at a PL club otherwise what's the point. We know that he is proven at Championship level based on what he has done this season and at the end of last, what is the point in him getting experience in a foreign league if we want to bring him back?

I'd like to see him given a chance. Sell Lallana and give him cup games and the odd 20mins. Same goes for Brewster

I'm not sure I totally buy that.

Loaning to another PL club should generate a decent fee (think Everton paid over £7m for Zouma and Chelsea wanted £15m for Drinkwater ). Surely that would offset any potential wage or contract increase. You would also imagine to trigger any such clause, they'd have to play a lot for the loaning club, which in theory should add to the sell on fee if they are PL proven.

There is obviously logic to what you say and I'm sure it is a factor with some loan deals, but for Wilson, I'd be willing to bet that he'll be at another PL club next year unless he blows Klopp away in Pre-season and stays here.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Do a Jordon Ibe type deal i reckon. Sell for a nice fee and have first option if he turns out to be ****hot.

I don't think he will though unfortunately. Seems like he'll be a good player, but not quite the top quality we need.

                          Why not keep him?

He cant be any worse than all of Lallana, Ox, Keita and Shaq.

In fact, staying fit is more than most can manage. Granted Keita will improve, Ox may never last a full season.... Lallana is done, Shaq is a decent sub. Milner may leave too

My guess is we will bring in one good attacking midfielder. Leaves plenty of room in the squad to give Wilson a go. Most exciting youth since Sterling came through.
In the beginning, Fowler created the Heaven and the Earth.

I'm not arsed. Makes no difference to us since he's not kicked a ball for us, ever. I'd prefer he was sold but really, who cares. If he tears up the Prem, great, we take him back. But that's not gonna happen is it.
