Taking on ex players isn't something that happens often either and they were the last to do so with that prick, Owen.

It won't be popular but Depay might not be a bad shout. There are similarities to Salah as well.
    • Salah was considered a flop in the PL
    • Salah went on to post good numbers on the continent (albeit Depay is doing so in France)
    • Salah came in and replaced Mane
    • Salah was 24, etc, etc

And the joy I'd get from an ex united player ripping it up for us would be particularly sweet. That said United have a buy back option and they'd surely exercise it if we showed an interest.

Also, a player that can play in midfield and LF may suit the team better but IMO would be an interesting solution.

We were also in for Depay at the time...The smugness I felt when it turned out that we got the better player too!
Nope, don't need anger management, you just need to stop pissing me off!

He has looked quite good when I've seen him, but I believe that they have a buyback clause for that very reason. I'm sure they'll activate it if any rival are remotely interested in him, even if it's just for him to warm the bench.

De Gea all day long we would win the league with him. Martial as well would be good for every one of the three front positions.

          Feel sick even thinking it.

Pooba can **** off to France and be even ****ter , Loocackoo no thanks,

Oh Martial every day and in a heartbeat. He'd be sensational here, he's being dulled by Mourinhoism.

Klopp would maximize Pogba's talent and turn him into a world beater, same with Martial.

Can't say I like Pogba much, he doesn't seem like a worker. Kind of like he's above putting the effort in because he thinks his ability is superior - a bit like a Kevin Prince Boateng.

Reckon he has potential to be a Gerrard 0809 second striker, though not as good

Question from an OOTER. If it's about a city thing, why's the rivalry not the same for Everton and City?

too drunk for a proper answer but the relationship between the two cities is complicated, and its complicated between the 4 clubs. Evertons pubs throw the doors open when United come to us where they sing their anti scouse ****e

Liverpool/ City used to a fairly friendly rivalry, our main enemy being United, but its got pretty bitter the last few years, them lot have a chip on their shoulder over us, 1 win at Anfield since the 80's probably adds to it, I see a lot of talk from them that they are our cup final, dont know a single red who thinks that all, its united/everton

I can see it getting pretty nasty in the next week, and next season when we challenge them to the title but bring it on

For me the rivalry between cities had always been secondary to the battle for silverware between us and Man utd. With all due respect to Everton and City they never had that battle so no such rivalry exists. Everton fans back Utd against us and City fans back us against Man Utd.

Now city are challenging for trophies, if we can get up there too I can see a Liverpool - Man City rivalry developing like we hadid with Chelsea in the Rafa era.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Mancs built manchester ship canal so boats could bring cotton closer to the mill towns and tried to bypass liverpool docks

removing all the weak links makes us stronger

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

Yeah I knew that. But it doesn't bother Everton and City. Odd
