Lallana's going to kick himself for announcing it a bit soon. He'll get 20 mins against Chelsea which will probably break him again

If Can plays in the final and helps us win then I will drive him to Juve and not even ask for petrol money.

Anotber option or two off the bench for the final would be great. Its Real’s one enormous advantage in this (and a bent ref)

Being able to sub on quality midfielders will be a massive advantage for us.

We had to put Don Solanke on in the semi final FFS. Even if he has potential he is no way ready for a CL final.

Defo have to use clyne in next two games to then get him up to full battle strength so he is an option in the final.
removing all the weak links makes us stronger

I was thinking this too. Trents done well this season for his age and lack of experience but he will be targeted again and against Roma the other night, he was either beaten one on one or caught out of position a fair few times.

No way is Terence getting dropped for the final, would be way harsh and besides, he's far fitter than Clyne at the moment.

Trent doesn't deserve to be dropped.. He has only 2 bad games in a long time vs United & Roma away. The problem was he gets absolutely destroyed when his heads goes. Having a fit Clyne there to step in would be fantastic as he is solid.

Yea, I think that's a fair assessment. I agree dropping him would be harsh.

He definitely has the ability, it's just about consistency on the big occasion and the risk that when he plays well, he's typically outstanding but when he has an off day, he can be a real weak point.

Having a fit Clyne on the bench will be important. He could come on and you know he won't be out of place against anyone on madrids left.

Wouldn’t be surprised to see Clyne come on for the right winger and TAA and him to double up on that side if we are ahead with 15 to go.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Clyne replacing TAA at right back and TAA be8ng brought on in the second half to replace tired legs somewhere else on the pitch
