So we shut them up with a devastating display of attacking intent and spanked five past them thanks to a wonderful Mané hattrick. Boom!

City had to go all out in the return leg and thought they'd made a dream start when they scored in the opening minutes.
But we're Liverpool and blue hearts were broken when Salah ran through and dinked the keeper as though he were being controlled by the mind of Dalglish.
The game was wrapped up when Firmino had Otamendi cornered and chased down a poor pass to slide it past the keeper.

Possibly the kindest of the draws, we faced Salah's old team (sorry Mane, Southampton aren't in the Champions League..) who recently rolled over Barcelona 3-0 to book their place in the Semis.
Well we smashed them 5-0 only to concede two late goals to trigger nail biting for a week...
A 4-2 loss still saw us through to the final, what a game! Full of **** refereeing decisions, bad tackles and even a falcon (Aussie slang).
