This season has shown why FIFA have not selected any officials from England for the world cup. Totally inept. Even with VAR in the cup they've still managed to balls that up.

The worst thing is, from the replays you can see he had a clear view of both incidents. The first is a handball all day long but even if he wussed that one the foul on Salah is the most stonewall pen I've seen all year.

The European refs are never usually as bad as the English crowd. Honestly I think some of them should be sacked/demoted, I really mean the latter. In any case they are ridiculously over protected.
