I paid a fiver for this and turned it off after five minutes. Looked nailed on to be an archetypal borefest friendly. Though looking forward to Blackburn.

I watched the replay of the 1st half & that was punishing to watch except for the revelation that is Curtis Jones. Wow this kid is something special & was clearly our best player for the 1st 45 mins.

One of the standouts for me. Great confidence on the ball.

Is he ready for a bit part with us in cups etc or would we send him out on loan you think? I’d probably keep him as he’s similar in style to Lallana who doesn’t have the best injury record as we all know.
