That really was a rout wasn’t it. 2-0 up after just 9 minutes & totally in control. Keita does look the business & slotted right in with the front 3. All of our CB’s look better playing along side VVD. Alison’s distribution is top draw & he made a few good saves so all in all a great debut. Clyne looked excellent as did Robertson.

I know Spurs, Everton and United fans are not looking forward to this season

Clyne was very good, Think he may have done enough to start the season at RB.

Keita is going to be ridiculous, And I am sure Alisson is going to have the same effect on the GK issue as VVD did on our defence.

We are seriously going to rip some teams to shreds, cant ****ing wait

We just ripped a near full strength team that almost won Serie A last season!

Salah's goal shouldn't have counted due to a push from Mane and they should have scored but instead incorrectly got called offside.

Otherwise everyone is on it aren't they!

Wouldn't be surprised if that's the same starting 11 for the West Ham game

Was thinking we'd start with:

Alisson, Clyne, Klavan, Van Dijk, Robertson, Wijnaldum, Milner, Keita, Mane, Salah, Shaqiri.

But if Firmino is ready, we should start him. Also, is Klavan injured or being sold? He wasn't on the subs bench against Napoli. I would normally put him ahead of Gomez at CB (assuming Lovren isn't ready for the WH game).
