Think Jones's performances have been going under the radar recently - he seems to be doing what Klopp wants in this current line up and is being favoured over Thiago.
I still think he hangs on to the ball too long at times and misses opportunities for key passes/assists. He's not long turned 22 so plenty of time to improve still.

- Jones played well and has been our best midfielder recently (mind you that wouldn’t be hard). If he played 15 games a season like that I’d be fine
fair enough i'm still not over that transfer! I can see him being loaned out in about a year to be honest. Next season we will sign more midfielders & are stacked out left. I just see him falling down the pecking order & him wanting regular football. Had a decent game, got some mins into him & we won so all good

I forgot that - a path to CL alsoOriginally posted by Jaco_Pastorious View PostMore fool them.
Is a competion that gave us some great moments in the past, and if we cannot get CL I want us going all out to get into the EL.
Great comp and winning it gets us into the CL.

he def list his way and we just need him to develop with games. People sneer at Europa football but Curtis can play every game in that competition

I was all in on the hype train at the start - I was thinking future worldieOriginally posted by Paul12 View PostI think he is better than that. I'd argue that he has lost momentum and confidence because he has been in effect out for two years. Yes he sometimes needs to release the ball quicker, and I thought his approaches to some challenges were poor, but I also think he has something.

Definetely, and right now, he is the only genuine midfielder who is tackling or entering duels at all.Originally posted by Irishnev View PostThe stats back up his performance - he won 11 duels and a bunch of tackles. The entire team was ****e for the first 30 mins and I know it’s not much but he’s been comfortably our best midfielder since he came back into the team

Let’s not get back on the Naby debateOriginally posted by danperkins View PostThe stats back up alot of Kieta's performance but we all know how that goes. He was ok/decent in the second half. I just don't see him long term at LFC.
