Yeah see what happens, much rather have him in the squad than Keita and Ox put it that way but I'm a bit dubious about him becoming a main stay. Content to have him as a squad player for the time being and he ll get his chance to prove his worth.

That is how i feel too. If jones and elliot both get into our team, it could mean that we have 2 brilliant players who on merit have edged out Dom and MacAllister.

I suppose it could also mean that Szoboszlai and MacAllister have crashed and burned and effectively become the new Keita and Ox but let's not even go there ffs

Id want to see a bit more of him, and those Spaniards were proper lightweights. But he did look very good.

Won't make the headlines and probably won't get above a 6 in most match ratings, but I thought he was very good again in his usual understated manner and no surprise to see us play better with him back in his best position.
