    Both Magnesium sprays and powder which was game changer for tbh.



    Can't recommend it enough really, take it daily and a little extra and hour or two before running, I find it helps with cramping, tightness and such.

    Yeah, I used to get very tight there during my runs, sometimes had to stop, but not shin splints though, as mine got better after I started prepping with quality magnesium, did wonders really. Used to think it was shin splints when I was younger as the symptoms seemed similar.

    I have always had painful shins. I get it when my calves are tight. Apparently thats where I store tension or some crap like that. When its at its worst I can find it difficult to walk. Not because of the pain, but my ankles just freeze up. Never bothered to get it diagnosed as an ankle infection put paid to my ability to run. Not sure if this is anything like that.
