It's not over yet....but imo LFC still has one last throw of the dice...mess up once more and they could tumble down to third spot.

It's far from being over and we still have the upper hand, no matter how people will picture this in the next few days. City will have played a game more.
It was never meant to be easy isn't it? It would have been absolutely fantastic to be sitting here now with a 7 points cushion but it would have meant us to have been flawless. We've had a little blip over the last few weeks, just like any team does at some point.
Now is not the time to doubt it. City and Spurs have still been in the race no matter it was pictured that they were wobbling a few weeks ago. There is still a third of the season still to go.Are we winning?

We’ve been poor the past few games and there’s been a few win without playing well type games, but over the course of the season? Nah.Originally posted by Kenneth View Post

We aren't the best team in this league. Not far off at full strength, but we can't expect to out perform or even match city from here on in. How the **** we have so far is beyond me. Our results have been better than our performances and keeping that up for a season is beyond unlikely.
I'm not negative, or even pessimistic, we've done incredibly well to go out in front but we should not be expecting to win the league, and if people really do then expectations are out of kilter and that's worrying. We are challenging the richest club the league has seen who spend outside of the rules of the game and have no right to such expectations. I worry about what people take into next season, and what the fan base will think success or failure is. We were 25 points behind city last season, anything less than 10 is huge progress and a success in itself.
We’ve been excellent overall, at least up until Arsenal at home..

This as well. The hype machine behind City is ridiculous.Modifying post.

We can't win all the games, I think we are setting some points records so it's really hard to be negative.Originally posted by rodo View Postlike you would of expected city to beat Palace Leicester and Newcastle
The thing that I've noticed is that everything is against us at the moment, TV scheduling favours City, Pellegrini is a City fan, so are Everton and United, probably Chelsea as well. We need to feed off that instead of getting nervous.* The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

There are thousands of players. You dont even need to sign anyone, you can loan someone. The whole point of january is to strengthen when you have problems, doesnt need to be a full transfer. We've got issues in defense and midfield at the moment because of injuries and lack of creativity. Bringing in 1 person for the second half of the season wouldnt be a bad idea. Otherwise why even have a january window if its only for spoilt brats.Originally posted by Pablo View PostThe people saying we lost the title in the January transfer window are off their heads. Who did they expect us to sign who'd come in and make an instant impact and win us the title?
It's ridiculous and you sound like spoilt brats who didn't get what you wanted for Christmas.

Bringing one person in would have meant it was going to be a stop gap anyway. It wouldn't have changed a thing, unless we buy a specialist who would challenge for the first team. It's stupid and isn't why we have lost 4 points lately.
Klopp is not a manager who will stuff his squad with fillers anyway, as he prefers a squad of 16/17 players of first team quality. Are we winning?

3 points clear and no matter what anyone says Leicester and West Ham are probably the most difficult opponents outside the top six.
Milner playing right back means we miss him so much in the middle of the park is my main issue with how we play at the minute , was worried when i see Wijnaldum and Hendo out injured beforehand.
Not surprised with our performance looking at the team.

Yep, you do sound like a bit of a spoilt brat there. I doubt bringing in some rando on loan would have made much difference at all to be honest. I'm sure if there was a player good enough available we would have done business.Originally posted by vlahka View PostThere are thousands of players.
