I hope our lighter workload will play in our favour. City are going on all fronts and that intensity will take its toll at some point.

It's a shame Arsenal have so many injuries as at full strength I think Arsenal could've given them a testOriginally posted by Buzzo View PostI think the press big City up way more than deserved this season ‘Grabriel jesus coming on with 8 goals in his last 4 games’ etc... not mentioning the absolute dross he was playing against. And maybe that works for us a bit.
That is defeats to Chelsea, Palace, Leicester and Newcastle for them now.
We haven’t dropped a single point to anyone outside the top six. That’s a mad stat. Only lost to them in a game they should have been down to ten men.
It’s not over, clearly, but if we stay focused and play well it’s well within our grasp.

My heart has just stopped pounding ffs. If we stutter tomorrow, get a bad result, or even win by the skin of our teeth, I'm still gonna be nervous.
If we show up big time and play with big bollocks and win with authority, I'm gonna start thinking we're actually gonna win the ****ing thing. Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Just as encouraging as the dropped points was they actually looked really **** and offered nothing even at 2-1 down. If we can do our job here and v West Ham hopefully it also encourages Everton to have a go at them thinking we've won it anyway.
There has been a lot of talk in the last couple of weeks about us being under pressure, but like you said they folder under our pressure last month. Our game against them was a very good game and they edged it on the night.
I think they wanted us to be under the same pressure and have been at it in the media, but they should really just be focussing on themselves.
I had Leicester down as a difficult game tomorrow so in my mind it has become a bit of free swing, I know most won't see it that way but I want and I hope the lads play with less pressure than if we were 1 ahead.Vive la France

I think the league will be decided mathematically before any team has a goal difference advantage significantl enough to be calling it an extra pointOriginally posted by magicalbarnes View PostI couldn't watch the last 10 mins of the Newcastle game! My heart rate on the fit bit was 100+
Let's hopefully get the job done tomorrow and then it's a countdown. Hopefully we can get the goal difference a bit closer aswell (currently +3 in they're favour) as that's also worth a point.Football without Origi is nothing

Edited to show next five games which takes us to 28 games played.Originally posted by foresterbloke View PostSomeone mentioned on Twitter that this all really matters when there's 10 to go. So here are the games that will take us to that point -
Leicester (H)
West Ham (A)
Bournemouth (H)
Man Utd (A)
Watford (H)
I'd be happy with 13 points from that lot.Was muß, das muß.

for me the point of excitement is being 7 points clear with 7 to go, 8 clear with 8 etc. We have always averaged more than 2 points per game over the last 2 and a half seasons.
If we win tomorrow and go 7 clear and keep that gap, we'll have the title wrapped up before the CL semi's and can rest players in the league.
Still think we need to sack off the CL to get this over the line.

I think us being drawn with decent opposition early in the cups has worked in our favour. We've gone out but we've made it look like an unlucky loss (albeit with a weakened team).
City on the other hand have no excuse but to beat the opposition and progress. It's draining their resources and their legs! Another easy draw means a step closer to a domestic cup win but a step farther away from the league and CL.Was muß, das muß.
