I think its this weekend or bust for the title. I've not reckoned on City dropping any points against the fodder they have been playing recently but Spurs can and have given them a game. United have fallen off a cliff and i can't see them providing much of a test although Derbies can throw up surprises of course.

Likewise, we've a tough game. I hate playing clubs fighting for their survival, they'll go physical as well, i'm positive. Nice early goal or two would be nice for the nerves.

Glimmer of hope that Leicester could do something in an attacking sense but Rodgers isn't known for his defensive set ups and they will need it.

        It'll be Burnley

Imagine Brighton needing a draw to stay up. 0-0 all game then after 90 minutes the shout goes out: "Aguerrrrrooooo! He's missed!"
          One tit for another.

I didn't realise City played the early KO today. Bit annoying really but we get 28hrs to possibly be behind them and the nerves will wrack up

I know everyone is undecided about whether Spurs putting them out is an advantage or not, but having the extra day's rest is definitely a massive advantage here.

Only disappointing aspect is City's opponents also have little recovery time.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

A crazy draw with lots of goals, running and maybe some minor injuries - just for a month or so - will do just fine.

I would've preferred City knocking Spurs out the other night. Can't see how that result helps us, City eill be pumped today and Spurs will probably play a weakened team today.

They are big favourites to beat them in a home game regardless, just like they did the other night, don't think what happened makes much difference, Spurs were going to have injuries and be knackered whether they went through or lost. Our supporters wishing City through in every cup game this year hasn't exactly gone well so far, they've won a zillion league games in a row.

Them going out was great, it also weakened that side of the draw massively, even if they are cheating scum that shouldn't have even been in the draw in the first place.

Ederson and whoever is number 2 both red carded for violent conduct too.

They've probably got Ter Stegen as their No 3

My Spurs friends (FF league) are torn between wanting to beat City and not wanting Liverpool to win the league So I've added Son and Lucas Moura to my FF team.

Champions League: Liverpool & Tottenham Premier League games brought forward

The Premier League has brought forward Liverpool and Tottenham's games before the second legs of their Champions League semi-finals.

The Reds were due to visit Newcastle on Sunday, 5 May, with Spurs travelling to Bournemouth the day after.

Both games will now be played on Saturday, 4 May, though the kick-off times are still to be confirmed.

Manchester City were due to host Leicester that day but the fixture has been moved to Monday, 6 May.

Spurs' game at Bournemouth was due to be the televised game on Monday but City's final home match of the season will now be broadcast instead.

It also means the defending champions will now play after title rivals Liverpool on the penultimate weekend of the Premier League season, when the title could be decided.

Chelsea and Arsenal's matches have also been moved back a day after both progressed to the Europa League semi-finals, with the two legs to be played on 2 and 9 May.

The Blues will now host Watford on Sunday, 5 May (14:00 BST), followed by the Gunners' home game against Brighton (16:30).

Uefa confirmed the dates for the Champions League semi-finals on Thursday.

Tottenham host Dutch side Ajax in the first leg on Tuesday, 30 April, with the second leg in Amsterdam on Wednesday, 8 May.

Liverpool travel to Barcelona for their first leg on Wednesday, 1 May before welcoming the Spanish side to Anfield on Tuesday, 7 May.

Manchester City make three changes from Wednesday night, with Phil Foden, Oleksandr Zinchenko and John Stones all coming into the starting XI.

Tottenham make five changes as Paulo Gazzaniga, Davinson Sanchez, Juan Foyth, Eric Dier and Ben Davies come into Mauricio Pochettino's side.
