I really don't recall animosity when we were winning winning winning although it was a long time ago and I wasn't very old. I'm not sure what's happened in the meantime and I can't think anyone wants the Citeh model dominating hereinafter for the next 50 years.

Yeah but if City do go on a run of sustained success it depends how their fans behave as to how opposition fans view the Club & that’s my point. We must have been unbearable to everyone it seems. So many clubs fans now sing derogatory songs about us whereas i thought just the scum & bitters cared enough to do it.

That Cardiff result is really disappointing now that Brighton don't need a result next week.

Was hoping they would have something to play for but they're just going to roll over aren't they.

I think it's ok for people to deal with it as they see fit and let everyone get on with it. Personally I'm torn between rubbing everyone's ****ing nose in it to the absolute max, or just rising above it and all that. I dunno. I guess I'll see how I feel if / when it happens.

What I get is that we are despised because of the way we act and the best way to change that is to change the way we act. What aren’t I getting? Teams try harder against us because of that despite having nothing to play for just because they want to shut us up. Like I said I’ll do my bit but that won’t change anything.

I think that it cuts both ways, I can understand why people get frustrated with us making comments about it being our year we haven't been close. But equally I find it frustrating listening to fans of unrelated clubs going on about Gerrard's slip, us bottling it, losing so many finals, 'loserpool' Klopp being overrated and general bitterness about us winning games, although it's not what I would naturally do I can see why people might want to give them some stick back if we do win it.
